Why Cristiano Ronaldo Will Never Leave Manchester United
Over the past few years, Cristiano Ronaldo has been linked with some of the biggest clubs in the world and has been rumored to want to leave Manchester United in order to seek out new challenges and win the Champions League again. However, if you’re not convinced that his time at Manchester United is done, then here are four reasons why Cristiano Ronaldo will never leave Manchester United.
He won’t find a better club
In his time at Manchester United, Cristiano Ronaldo has won everything there is to win. He’s a three-time Premier League winner, a Champions League winner, and he’s even won the Club World Cup. Not to mention, he’s one of the most popular players in the world. So it’s no surprise that he’s been linked with a move away from the club. But make no mistake about it, Cristiano Ronaldo will never leave Manchester United. Ever since joining the club in 2003, Ronaldo has seen himself grow into a legend for the club. The best part about his legacy at Manchester United is that he continues to get better every year. That was on full display this season when he scored 42 goals across all competitions (31 goals in La Liga and 11 goals in European competition). When you have a player who seems to be improving every season, you don’t want him leaving for another team – especially not when they play as important of a role as Ronaldo does for Man Utd. With Zlatan Ibrahimovic out of contract at the end of this season, Ronaldo may see some more responsibility on his shoulders next season. But while speculation continues to swirl around what's next for CR7, he remains committed to Manchester United and there's no reason why he would change that anytime soon. His love for the club could not be any stronger and he'll always give 100% - so long as he stays at Old Trafford. It's hard to believe that someone who is so passionate about their work and happy in their surroundings would ever consider giving up. Especially when you consider how much success he's had over the years - Ronaldo has won almost everything there is to win at Manchester United. It doesn't seem like anything can stop him from continuing his dominant form for many years to come either, given how well he plays every season and how productive he is each campaign. You'd be hard pressed to find a better player than Ronaldo at any other club - let alone one that competes for the same trophies as Manchester United, which makes the chances of CR7 moving anywhere before retiring slim to none. Whether or not he's going to stay with the Red Devils until retirement is anyone's guess, but if his track record thus far is any indication then we're sure to see Ronaldo wearing the red shirt of Manchester United for many more seasons to come.
After winning practically everything there is to win at Manchester United, it’s difficult to imagine Ronaldo playing anywhere else. Since making his debut with Real Madrid back in 2002-03, Ronaldo has played 786 professional games throughout his career – scoring 639 goals along the way. All those accolades certainly don’t hurt either; including two Balon d'Or awards and five Ballon d'Or awards for being named the best footballer in Europe over an individual calendar year. If he were to transfer, Ronaldo would likely continue to score at a high rate for his new club. But the question is: why would he do that? There’s nothing left for him to accomplish in England. The only possible chance of Ronaldo leaving Manchester United is if the club itself becomes underperforming. And that’s not likely to happen any time soon, considering that United finished in first place in the league table this season and made it all the way to the semi-finals of the UEFA Champions League for a second consecutive season. On top of that, Manchester United have become a consistent title contender year after year thanks largely in part to Ronaldo’s contributions.
His personal life is in England
For all the talk of Cristiano Ronaldo leaving Manchester United, it's simply not going to happen. The Portuguese superstar is happy at Old Trafford and has no intention of moving elsewhere. There are a number of reasons for this, but chief among them is his personal life. Ronaldo has settled in England and has no desire to uproot his family. At 32 years old and with seven Ballon d'Ors already under his belt, Ronaldo is showing no signs of slowing down. Few people ever do after achieving such heights of success- though injuries are always a concern- but right now the only problem worth worrying about is that pesky Spanish transfer ban hanging over our heads like the sword of Damocles. Without signing new players during this window, we run the risk of having absolutely nobody apart from Rooney lead our attack next season- which is really not a good situation to be in considering how potent Bayern Munich and Paris Saint Germain have looked so far.
He doesn’t want to compete with Messi again

No other club could provide what he gets from Manchester United. Plus, why should he? He has everything here: respect, fame, victory, loyalty from the fans, his friends (including his agent Jorge Mendes), memories and money. There are not many players who can say they have accomplished all of this before turning 30 years old but Cristiano Ronaldo can.
He is happy at Manchester United
