When you look at all the details of your life, the dreams you have, and all the people who are in your life, it can seem overwhelming to try to figure out how to do all of these things well. But if you can see yourself through that window, looking back into your life, what do you see? What makes you happy? What do you want? What gives your life meaning?

Everyone has different life experiences and advice to offer, but some tips are universally helpful. Life advice can be about anything from how to deal with relationships to career advice. It can be given by friends, family, or even strangers. The best life advice is usually specific to your situation and helps you see things in a new light. What's important is that the advice aligns with what you want out of life and your goals. For example, if your goal is to have better self-esteem, then someone telling you fake it until you make it would not be good advice. Advice should come from people who have already walked the path before us so they know firsthand what worked for them and could work for us too. That said, everyone has their own opinions on what good life advice is so we should never blindly follow someone else's opinion without also thinking critically about it first. These pieces of advice are my personal recommendations based on my perspective as a 25 year old college student. Whether these general principles will work for you will depend on many factors—like where you live, your personality type, age and where you’re at in your life overall. All I can say is give each piece of advice a try and decide which ones feel right based on your experience. It’s up to you to take advantage of opportunities presented when they present themselves rather than waiting around hoping something changes because it might never happen unless you do something about it yourself! Learn to love yourself unconditionally. Get enough sleep every night and exercise regularly to help prevent mental illnesses like depression and anxiety. Find an emotional support system (therapist, counselor, friend). Take care of your physical health by eating healthy foods, drinking lots of water, going outside every day (if possible), etc. Spend time alone every day doing activities that make you happy (e.g., reading a book). Get into a routine - this means organizing our days so that there are set times for doing tasks like homework or chores; this way we don't procrastinate and get more done! Do things you enjoy everyday such as watching TV/Netflix or going on social media sites like Twitter & Facebook. Keep busy during the weekdays with school, volunteering, internships, jobs, or other commitments. Finally, find an outlet to express feelings that may otherwise turn negative. If you're feeling overwhelmed by emotions (or just bored!), play video games or write in a journal. Keep in mind that different advice works for different people depending on their circumstances. Try various types of advice to see what works best for you and remember to think critically about each piece of advice before accepting it as truth. When it comes to good life advice, it's all about figuring out what works for you. There are so many different pieces of advice out there, it's impossible to listen to all of them. You need to pick and choose what advice you want to take in and make a decision about what you believe is good life advice for you. It's important that the advice is grounded in what you want out of life. As long as it feels like the best fit for your lifestyle, it doesn't matter whether the person giving the advice has had similar experiences or not. After all, life isn't one size fits all and good life advice should be tailored specifically for you! For example, I'm a college student and know how important it is to organize my daily schedule, but if you have no interest in academia then this tip might not be relevant. The point here is that there's no one-size-fits-all approach when it comes to living your best life. The right path for someone else might not be the right path for you. First, make sure you take care of your physical health by maintaining a balanced diet, exercising and getting plenty of rest. This is the foundation for being able to do anything in life. Next, make sure you spend time with loved ones every day (even if it's just a quick call or text message) because this is what makes us human. Go on walks or hikes every day! This allows you to spend quality time exploring nature while also getting your steps in for the day. Volunteering is also a great way to make new friends and meet new people who are driven and interested in changing the world like you are!

First off, take care of yourself by eating well and staying active. We tend to forget about our own physical health because our jobs often require us to put ourselves last on the list. But let me tell you - once we start feeling strong again physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually then everything else falls into place much easier too. Secondly, try carving out time each day for doing absolutely nothing other than enjoying life in whatever capacity feels right to you at the moment (this could include watching TV; walking outside; taking a bath; sitting still with your thoughts). Taking breaks throughout the day has shown over and over again to lead to greater productivity overall. Not to mention that it makes you happier as well. You deserve to be happy, so give yourself permission to do the little things that bring you joy. Thirdly, make a commitment to learn something new. All of us have a deep-seated curiosity within us that can't be satisfied with a mere glance at the surface of life. Curiosity drives us to explore and question and experiment with new ideas in hopes of discovering the truth behind whatever it is we're curious about. This doesn't mean jumping into a PhD program - although if you really want to, then go for it! It means reading a book on a topic you're interested in or taking a class at your local community college. It can be as simple as picking up a new skill to make yourself even more employable and marketable than you already are. Take for example the idea of learning how to code. Technology is ever-changing and it would do us well to stay ahead of the curve by having skills that will be in demand for the foreseeable future. Learning how to code opens so many doors and changes the way we see our world so go ahead and check out some classes near you! Just because you don't have a degree in computer science or experience in programming languages, it doesn't mean that you can't learn how to code. The internet is full of resources and online courses available for people of all ages and backgrounds to be able to pick up this valuable skill. To say that the rate at which technology evolves is astounding would be an understatement - so if we want to keep up with it, then we need to start moving forward with our education now! Whether you're looking for a new career or simply trying to enhance your knowledge in order to progress into a new field, do yourself a favor and consider learning how to code. Once you get started, you won't regret it! The second piece of advice would be to treat yourself well. Of course, we should always be kind and understanding to others first and foremost. However, it's important that we also do the same for ourselves. If you have kids then you know how easy it is to neglect our own self-care because we are focused on taking care of them. It's important to set boundaries so that we can spend time caring for our mental and emotional well-being as well. For instance, sometimes parents need a break from children even if they love them dearly. It's okay to walk away from the situation even if it means turning your back or leaving the room - as long as you are sure you'll come back eventually!

I find that some of the most interesting questions and ideas come from my own life experiences. I also get a lot of inspiration from other people's stories, whether they're shared in person or through the media. Additionally, I find that asking questions and doing research are great ways to generate new ideas. Finally, some of my best ideas come to me when I'm in the shower or just before bed, so I always keep a notebook handy to jot them down! The advice for living your best life is this: stay curious and be open to new ideas. Keep exploring your surroundings, reading books, getting out of your comfort zone, and paying attention to what others have to say. But above all else, don't forget to live in the moment because you never know how long it will last. And while we're on the subject, make sure to take care of yourself. Take time to eat well, exercise, sleep well and love your body! It might sound cliché but it's true - if you put good things into your body and mind, then everything else will follow suit. From outside looking in, windows can tell us an immense amount about who lives inside a house: their style, their interests, even their diet. Whether it's asking friends for constructive criticism or telling your parents about a goal you've set for yourself, seeking feedback is an important step towards achieving anything worthwhile. Ask for help from those around you and trust that they will be there to support you. Surround yourself with positive people, and start building your support system. People want to see you succeed, and once they start believing in you, it will become easier to believe in yourself. In the end, being kind is the best way to receive kindness in return. Not only does it allow us to look back fondly on these moments but also helps us see each day with new eyes, feeling hopeful for tomorrow instead of discouraged or burdened by what might happen. When taking photos outside, make sure not to shoot too high or too low as you may miss out on important parts of your view.
