While we want to keep them safe from harm's way, it's important that they stay active throughout the year so they can grow into healthy adults. Here are some exercises you can do with your kids at home that will help them stay fit and healthy during this rainy season and any other time of year as well!
1) Appoint a 'Health Monitor'
The rainy season is the perfect time for diseases like dengue, chikungunya, and malaria to spread. That's why it's important to take extra care of your children's health during this time.
