Get Excited For Disney And Marvel's Games Showcase On September 9

You're probably sick of hearing about E3 by now, but before we move on to the next video game convention, there's one more thing we have to talk about. On September 9, Disney and Marvel will host their own games showcase event at the El Capitan Theatre in Los Angeles. This show promises to reveal new trailers, new game reveals, and possibly even release dates for some highly anticipated video games based on popular franchises like Star Wars and Spider-Man. Keep reading to find out when and where you can watch the livestream of this exciting event if you're unable to attend in person! Continue reading...

Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order

It was recently announced that a Disney and Marvel Games Showcase will be held on September 9. Among the games that will be featured is Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order. A single-player action-adventure game, this game takes place between Episodes III and IV of the saga. The protagonist, Cal Kestis, trains to become a Jedi under Master Luke Skywalker, but the Galactic Empire has other plans for him. He must learn the ways of the Force while battling enemies on all sides in order to survive. According to an interview with GameInformer’s Andrew Reiner at E3 2019, we can expect more lightsaber combat than previous entries in the series. Light sabers are not restricted to just one-handed grips anymore; players have the ability to go full two-handed mode and even change grip during battle. Further differentiating itself from previous games, developer Respawn Entertainment (Titanfall) put a lot of emphasis on exploration in both outdoor areas as well as indoor levels. From what has been shown so far, it looks like there will be plenty of side quests available and new items to discover along the way. There are several places that I would love to explore if given the chance, including Bespin or Cloud City. However, if I had to choose which world I would most want to explore and experience first, my vote goes to Naboo. Between my experiences with the original trilogy and Forces of Destiny episodes, I am curious about what surprises lie waiting within Naboo's jungles and underwater caverns. Fans who want a taste of gameplay should tune into EA Play next week! But you'll need a code for those tickets because they're sold out. Or maybe you'll catch the event on livestream? In any case, keep your eyes peeled for more information. As of now, we don't know how much Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order will cost when it releases on November 15th. We do know that pre-orders through Amazon will grant buyers a $10 discount, bringing the price down to $40. If you are interested in playing as a light saber wielding hero fighting against Darth Vader himself, then mark your calendars for the show on September 9.

New Marvel Game Revealed at The Game Awards

A new Marvel game was revealed at The Game Awards. The game, which is currently untitled, is being developed by Crystal Dynamics and Eidos Montreal. It will be released on PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PC.

The game was first hinted at in a teaser trailer shown at The Game Awards. The trailer showed the logos of Crystal Dynamics and Eidos Montreal, as well as the Marvel logo. It also showed the date September 9, 2020.

This is not the first time that Crystal Dynamics has worked on a Marvel game. The studio previously developed the 2013 game Marvel Heroes. However, this will be the first time that Eidos Montreal has worked on a Marvel game.

The games industry is eagerly awaiting more information about this new game. In particular, there are questions about whether or not it will be an action-adventure game like previous Marvel games from Crystal Dynamics. It is also unclear if it will have multiplayer features.

So what exactly can we expect from this show? Well, there will be new game reveals and exclusive looks at currently-unannounced projects such as: • Iron Man VR • Avengers Endgame VR Experience • Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order • Spider-Man: Far From Home • Guardians Of The Galaxy Vol. 3 DLCs are also scheduled to be revealed, including DLC content for Black Ops 4, Fortnite and Devil May Cry 5. You definitely should! All of these amazing game updates make me really excited for E3, but first we've got to wait until next week. Good thing there's plenty more stuff coming up before then, including our Pre-E3 coverage which starts today with exciting news from Sony! It feels like only yesterday when PlayStation debuted its newest console, PlayStation 4 Pro. It seems fitting then that the company would announce plans to release a major upgrade for their hardware line called PlayStation Neo. Here's everything you need to know about PS4 Neo:

First off, Playstation Neo isn't an entirely new console — instead it's designed to sit alongside PS4 Pro. What does this mean? It means you'll be able to play current games with 1080p graphics at a higher frame rate and experience newer titles in 2160p resolution on your TV via HDMI cable. Oh yeah - PS4 Neo supports 4K TVs! But the coolest feature by far has to be backwards compatibility with all existing PS4 software. What does this mean? It means you won't have to sell your old console or buy an entirely new one just because you want better performance for certain games, because Ps4 Neo is compatible with both HDTVs and 4K TVs. That's right - if you've already invested in a PS4 Pro and are happy playing on your 1080p screen, Playstation Neo won't change anything other than adding support for better visuals while streaming onto a 4K TV. You still get access to great features like SharePlay so that players can enjoy multiplayer sessions together even if they don't own the same title themselves, so no matter what kind of gamer you are, there's something here for everyone! PlayStation Neo is the perfect console for anyone who wants to keep enjoying their favorite games on the latest, high-tech equipment without spending a fortune on buying a new console. The best part is that you can pre-order it now at Walmart! The price is $399.99, and that includes the PS4 controller, AC power cord, HDMI cable and USB cable. Walmart's also giving away two free games with purchase: Horizon Zero Dawn and Knack 2! There's never been a better time to get in on all of the action with PlayStation Neo!
