First, make sure that your bedroom is well-lit so that it doesn't get too dark when you're trying to sleep. Second, get plenty of sleep so that your body has time to repair itself while you're asleep. Third, stay hydrated by drinking lots of water during the day, but don't overdo it because this can cause problems with dehydration at night time too. Fourth, try not to overeat or eat heavy foods before bedtime as this will make it harder for you to fall asleep comfortably. Fifth, be sure not to take hot showers or baths before bedtime because this could lead to difficulty falling asleep due to elevated body temperature at night time. Sixth, avoid caffeine close to bedtime as it can act as a stimulant that keeps you awake at night. Seventh, use light makeup products if possible (such as using powder instead of liquid foundation) so that they won't rub off on your pillowcase which may contribute to breakouts in the morning. Eighth, use gentle moisturizers such as creams instead of lotions and apply them carefully in order to avoid getting them into your eyes and contact lenses. Ninth, wear sunglasses if possible in order to prevent UV damage from the sun; remember to reapply sunscreen often if necessary! And finally tenth, have a relaxing nighttime routine where you read something calming like a book or listen to music before going to sleep. The idea here is to signal your brain that it's time for rest and relaxation - not work or other obligations. For example, set an alarm so that you know when to stop reading or listening to music and start winding down. Also, never look at screens within an hour of bedtime because the bright lights from your phone or computer could disrupt your sleep cycle. Try meditation if you find yourself tossing and turning for hours on end each night - it can help clear out any worries about today's issues which may have been keeping you up all night long. Plus, investing in a quality mattress also goes a long way towards ensuring quality sleep throughout the evening hours! Maintaining proper levels of vitamin D can also keep wrinkles away. Vitamin D is obtained through exposure to sunlight, however you should limit your exposure as much as possible without risking sunburns or other harmful effects from the sun. 

A healthy diet rich in fruits and vegetables with enough protein should also go a long way towards reducing wrinkles around the eyes. Consider what I've said here if someone ever tells you you'll feel differently when you hit 40. I'm living proof that this isn't necessarily true. Sure, my skin looks different now than it did 10 years ago, but I am finally feeling free to do whatever makes me happy now instead of feeling like my youth is slipping away from me. When you turn 40 it's a good idea to think about your priorities and evaluate how your actions affect them.
