To date, it has more than 27 million active monthly players who log on to their accounts for an average of 3 hours per day! Even if you think this sounds like too much time spent on the computer, remember that these numbers don't include all those who occasionally log on or watch professional matches at events like The International. There's also a slew of fan sites where gamers come together to discuss their favorite champions and storylines--which really adds another dimension to this massively popular MOBA. So if you're looking for a game that's not only fun but will keep your interest indefinitely, then League of Legends is the right choice.

Rocket League
Have you ever wanted to play soccer with rocket-powered cars? If so, then Rocket League is the game for you! In this high-octane sport, players control their cars as they attempt to score goals against their opponents. The gameplay is fast and furious, and the matches are always intense. If you're looking for a fun and addicting game to play on your PC, then Rocket League is definitely worth checking out. It's not too difficult to learn how to play, but mastering it will take time. Players have plenty of options when it comes to customizing their car's look and style, as well as equipping them with different items that provide an advantage in the field. You can purchase new parts or upgrade existing ones by earning points in online matches or by trading cards that you've collected during offline games. All told, there are over 500 different items available for customization purposes. But be warned: this is one game that will keep you glued to your screen for hours at a time!
Skyrim
The open-world design lets players freely roam Skyrim's mountains and forests, while they encounter dungeons and ruins. Characters react to the player depending on their race and gender. Combat relies on a combination of attacks, blocking, and dodging with weapons or magic. There are ten skills which are divided into three skill groups: combat, stealth, and exploration. These have levels from one to 100, which are increased by using them or training with a skill trainer. Skills include swordsmanship (cutting through enemies), heavy armor (blocking damage), archery (hitting targets at long range), destruction magic (sending out waves of energy) etc. There is also an option for manual saving that can be performed anywhere; the player does not need to pass certain checkpoints in order to save his progress - he can save his game manually whenever he wishes. For some quests, the player will set off to explore either alone or in a group of up to four people. Quests may involve things like finding objects, following someone without being seen, defeating creatures inside dungeons, speaking with NPCs and many other objectives. Some quests are part of major story arcs like the civil war between two factions vying for control over Skyrim - these quests occur periodically throughout the game instead of being limited to one specific location. Skill points may be spent in any tree when leveling up, meaning it is possible for the Dragonborn's character build to combine both aspects of power attacking and spellcasting if desired. New perks are gained every level until level 50; after this point, only new ranks of existing perks can be unlocked. Players receive talent points as they level up which may be spent on increasing physical capabilities such as speed and strength, or improving skills such as sneak and one-handed weaponry. Skyrim includes five different difficulty settings for those who want to play more competitively against computer opponents: easy mode makes enemies less powerful than on higher difficulties, medium raises the challenge but doesn't affect enemy AI, hard adds more difficult battles along with improved AI that takes advantage of gamer habits learned from playing on lower difficulties
Civilization V
If you're looking for a game that will suck you in and never let go, look no further than Civilization V. This turn-based strategy game has been around for years, and for good reason - it's just that addictive. You'll start off by choosing a civilization, and then building it up from scratch, researching new technologies and expanding your empire. Just when you think you've got things under control, another civilization will declare war on you, or a natural disaster will strike. There's always something new to keep you coming back for more. And the visuals are excellent too - all of the models have been redone to make them look better than ever before. But be warned: this is not an easy game, and if you want to win, you'll need cunning as well as patience. It's best played with other people who are equally enthusiastic about mastering the game! Check out CivFanatics if you want to find someone to play against. Or if you want to trade resources with other players, check out CivEx. If you're tired of playing the same old map over and over again, try some mods like SuperHuge Earth or Terra Nova. Or, if you don't have time to wait for hours while the computer calculates everything, try a fast-playing speed mod instead. Whatever you do, though, make sure you read up on how to avoid problems with the game first. For example, if you don't build enough roads in your city districts, traffic jams will happen and pollution levels will rise; conversely if you don't research certain technologies early enough (e.g., sanitation), epidemics might break out later down the line!
